WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO TRAIN?

You’re likely to work up a sweat during your training, so to allow yourself to move freely, we’d recommend loose and comfortable clothing. We have a filter system for water, mats, sweat wipes, and all the equipment you would need.

SHOULD I EAT OR DRINK BEFORE?

We recommend not eating anything too substantial in the two hours before training (#cramps). Come well hydrated.

SHOULD I BRING MY EARPHONES?

In our gym, the music's always playing and there are always great jams pumping. So leave the earbuds at home and leave the DJ work to us.

WHAT’S YOUR INITIAL CONSULT ABOUT?

This is a great pressure free way to see if we are what you are searching for, see how the training floor works, if we work with your schedule and generally fall in love with us.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Unfortunately with our long term approach we do not, only full priced memberships.

LOST YOUR STUFF?

It happens a lot, you’re dazed and high on seeing progress and just roll out, forgetting your wallet, keys, shoes and kids. No worries, we have a lost and found where we keep items for up to 3 weeks and then send clothing, mats, etc to a donation bin.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR MEDICAL CONDITION?

You will go over all of this with your coach before your training starts. This is super important as it helps us know how to help you achieve your goals and keep you safe. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions! 

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS & CHANGING ROOMS?

We have a restroom that plays double duty as a changing room. There is also a shower in this room that you're welcome to use if you're training before work or a dinner date.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN AHEAD OF TIME?

At this stage we don’t require you to book in, however we do like to help you plan out your week and the days and times you will be on our floor so that we always make sure we have enough floor coaches giving you the attention you deserve. 

You can use our get started tab, accessible from the website, to book a time to meet with our team if you want to learn more about us. Yes it’s 100% necessary. Can you pop in to say hi? We haven’t ever had to turn people away – but training floor hours are dedicated to our people that are training. 

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE SESSIONS?

Yes! We do offer 1-on-1 training, prices start from $80 so please get in touch for more details.

DO YOU RENT OUT THE FACILITY?

Yes! Anytime there isn’t regularly scheduled training we can accommodate rental for photoshoots, private classes etc. Prices vary depending on scale, time, and day, so shoot us an email and we can make arrangements. 

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE OUTREACH?

We have a passionate and educated team and we will travel to you if you want to bring Hybrid Strength to life at your office. Prices vary depending on where your office is, how many people, and what time of day, so reach out and let’s make it happen.
